Chelsea teenager Armando Broja could be brought into the first-team squad for the coming season if the west London club fail to land a new striker in the transfer market this summer.
Thomas Tuchel has made a new, prolific frontman his top priority as he targets the Premier League title, but the club have so far been thwarted in their attempts to land number one target Erling Haaland.
Borussia Dortmund are adamant the Norwegian forward will not be leaving the club even if they receive a £150million offer – over twice the value of a release clause that becomes active next year.

That has seen Chelsea explore other options and they are now revisiting the possibility of luring Bundesliga topscorer Robert Lewandowski away from Bayern Munich.
But that is another very difficult deal to try and pull off and the west Londoners will need to pay around £50m for a 33-year-old – though their desire for a proven, top-level finisher gives them precious few options to choose from.
According to Goal.com, it is possible that Chelsea do not sign a new forward at all this summer and instead promote from within.
